Cancellation Policy
To change your booking or cancel you must notify us 24 hours in advance. If your booking is not cancelled 48hrs from your appointment start date, a refund will not be eligible and a full charge of the appointment will apply. Rescheduling your appointment must be done 48 hours before the appointment start date. Any rescheduling done after the 48 hour period a 50% charge will be applied. For customers on our monthly plan, cancelling or rescheduling will be available before the 24 hour grace period, however cannot be cancelled or rescheduled in the last 24 hours as this will count as one of your appointment sessions. To do this please sign into your account or via your email confirmation. Please note: If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment this will result in a no show attendance.
